ART OF MANGA (since the anime looks completely different I'm not sure...): Satorigi Akiyo (Surname first)
So I was looking at this pic and then I found myself suddenly imagining (spell check...?) Izaya with NO shirt. Then I went to wipe of the drool from my mouth. I'm also VERY, VERY thankful that he's scrawny (that way I didn't have to draw abs...)!!
